Sales Manager

We are looking for a skilled Sales Manager with 5 to 10 years of experience to lead our sales team in Noida. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales and management, with excellent communication and leadership skills.

• Manage sales representatives and set business plans to achieve targets.
• Visit key customers and prospects to build relationships and explore opportunities.
• Develop knowledge of customer work processes, organization, technical requirements, and business needs.
• Prepare and present technical sales presentations to decision-makers.
• Lead the sales team's key activities, including quotation activity, profitability levels, pricing trends, and quotation conversion rates.
• Follow up and review client inquiries for aftermarket parts and services.

• A degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field is required.
• Minimum 5-10 years of sales experience within the pumps industry.
• Established network of customers in Oil & Gas, Petrochemical, Power, Water / Wastewater, and General Industries.
• Ability to solve practical problems and deal with variable situations.
• Conduct reviews of customer technical specifications and engineering documents to recommend best product selection and solutions.
• Demonstrates a hunter personality and can proactively pursue business opportunities.
• Demonstrated records of sales success, customer-centricity, and results-orientedness.
• Effective communication and influence across all organizational levels.
• Leadership skills and ability to succeed in a matrix, team environment.
