Job Title: Sales Manager Southern Region (Business Development)
Location: Hyderabad, Telangana
Experience: 810 years in Building Materials / Construction / MEP
Salary: 10 – 12 LPA (CTC)
Role Overview: We are looking for a highly driven Sales Manager to spearhead business development and sales across the South Region, with a primary focus on Hyderabad, followed by Bangalore and Chennai. The role demands strong market knowledge, proven sales expertise, and the ability to build lasting relationships with builders, developers, architects, consultants, and contractors.
Key Highlights:
- Lead regional sales growth and achieve quarterly/annual targets.
- Identify and convert consulting opportunities in construction, real estate, and infrastructure sectors.
- Manage key accounts, channel partners, and project pipelines.
- Drive collections, billing accuracy, and commercial negotiations.
- Provide market intelligence, competitor analysis, and actionable insights.
- Fluency in Telugu is mandatory; knowledge of other southern languages is an advantage.
Desired Profile:
- Graduate (Engineering /MBA preferred), with 8–10 years of proven sales success in building industry.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationshipbuilding skills.
- Extensive network in the construction ecosystem.
- Willingness to travel extensively across the South Region.
