Sales Manager

We are looking for a skilled Sales Manager to join our team in Mumbai. The ideal candidate will have 5-8 years of experience in sales management, preferably in the manufacturing industry.

• Research, plan, and implement new target market initiatives to drive business growth.
• Pursue leads and move them through the sales cycle to achieve targets.
• Develop quotes and proposals for prospective clients to secure new business opportunities.
• Attend conferences and industry events to stay updated on market trends and competitor activity.
• Handle order processing with accuracy and timelines to ensure seamless customer service.
• Set goals and develop plans for business and revenue growth to meet organizational objectives.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills are required to effectively communicate with clients and stakeholders.
• Experience in dealing with B2B, B2C, dealers, and open markets is essential.
• A strong understanding of the manufacturing industry and its trends is necessary.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and consistently meet sales targets.
• Strong relationship-building skills are needed to develop and maintain client relationships.
• Candidates should be able to work independently and as part of a team to achieve common goals.
• Qualification: Graduation.
