Sales Manager

We are looking for a skilled Sales Manager with 10-17 years of experience to lead our sales team in Kolkata. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales and negotiation, with a focus on the manufacturing industry.

• Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business objectives.
• Build and maintain relationships with architects, contractors, institutions, and other stakeholders.
• Conduct concept selling activities, including acoustics, managing sound energy, insulation, diffusion, and vibration management.
• Collaborate with the reporting manager to develop business plans and track upcoming projects.
• Coordinate customer meetings to understand requirements and provide technical solutions.
• Negotiate and budget technical solutions with the head office design team.
• Liaise with the head office to update on business activities and coordinate site visits for ongoing projects.
• Execute orders and manage payments, while maintaining daily sales connects with the supervisor and conducting weekly performance reviews.
• Attend monthly team meetings and trainings.

• Minimum 10 years of experience in sales, preferably in the manufacturing industry.
• Strong skills in sales, negotiation, and lead generation.
• A graduate degree is required.
• Experience working with architects, PMCs, and industrial clients is preferred.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
