Job Description
We are looking for a skilled Sales Manager with 4-5 years of experience to lead our sales team in the automation industry. The position is based in Ludhiana.
Roles and Responsibility
- Develop and execute sales strategies to increase monthly sales.
- Generate new leads directly and through architects and consultants.
- Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers, including architects, consultants, and other stakeholders.
- Conduct daily and monthly field visits, meeting with clients and providing regular updates.
- Prepare and submit daily and monthly reports on sales performance.
- Follow up on business opportunities and client payments.
Job Requirements
- Minimum 4-5 years of experience in sales, preferably in the automation industry.
- Strong knowledge of B2B and B2C markets, with an understanding of the target audience.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships.
- Proficient in MS Office and possess good control over language and soft skills.
- Result-oriented and committed, with a focus on delivering results.
- Experience working with gate automation, security cameras, video door phones, biometric locks, and CCTV systems.
- A graduate or postgraduate degree in any stream is required.
