Job Summary

We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Executive to manage end-to-end recruitment, including candidate sourcing, screening, interview coordination, offer management, and joining follow-ups. The role will work closely with hiring managers to fulfil manpower requirements within defined timelines.

Key Responsibilities

• Understand hiring requirements from department heads and hiring managers.
• Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, referrals, social media, and other channels.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial telephonic or virtual interviews.
• Shortlist suitable candidates and share profiles with hiring managers.
• Coordinate interviews and ensure timely feedback.
• Maintain candidate pipelines, recruitment trackers, and MIS reports.
• Manage candidate follow-ups, salary discussions, offer rollouts, and joining formalities.
• Coordinate background verification and pre-joining documentation.
• Support recruitment drives, campus hiring, and employer-branding activities.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience and meet hiring targets.

Required Skills

• Strong written and verbal communication.
• Good sourcing and screening skills.
• Knowledge of Naukri, LinkedIn, job portals, and Boolean search.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Office, and ATS/recruitment trackers.
• Strong follow-up, coordination, negotiation, and stakeholder-management skills.
• Ability to handle multiple positions and meet deadlines.

Qualification and Experience

• Graduate or postgraduate in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 2-5 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
