We are currently looking to hire a Talent Acquisition Executive for our Mumbai (Churchgate) office.

Role: Talent Acquisition Executive

Location: Churchgate, Mumbai (Work from Office) / Near from CST also.

Experience: 2 to 8 years in a recruitment consultancy

Salary: Up to 35,000/month (depending on experience and fit)

Qualification: Minimum Graduate

Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Recruiter to join our team in Mumbai. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in end-to-end recruitment within a recruitment consultancy environment.

Key Roles and Responsibilities:

Handle end-to-end recruitment lifecycle (sourcing, screening, scheduling, coordination, follow-ups, closures)

Work closely with clients to understand job requirements and hiring expectations

Source suitable candidates using job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, databases, etc.

Conduct preliminary interviews and share shortlisted profiles with clients

Maintain and update candidate database and trackers regularly

Coordinate interview feedback and ensure timely follow-up with both candidates and clients

Meet monthly hiring targets and contribute to team success

Qualifications & Skills Required:

2 to 5 years of recruitment experience in a consultancy environment

Proven track record of successful placements across junior to mid-level roles

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to manage multiple roles and deadlines

Strong knowledge of sourcing strategies and recruitment tools

Graduate in any discipline (Bachelors degree mandatory)
