Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Talent Acquisition Executive/Senior Executive with 58 years of experience in end-to-end recruitment from a recruitment consultancy or staffing background. The candidate should have strong expertise in sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews, and closing positions across various functions.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle end-to-end recruitment cycle from requirement understanding to candidate joining.
• Source candidates through job portals, social media, references, and networking.
• Screen and shortlist candidates based on job requirements.
• Conduct preliminary interviews and assess candidate suitability.
• Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and candidates.
• Manage candidate follow-ups, offer negotiations, and onboarding activities.
• Maintain recruitment trackers, databases, and MIS reports.
• Ensure timely closure of positions within defined TAT.
• Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.

Candidate Profile

• 58 years of experience in recruitment from a recruitment consultancy/staffing firm.
• Strong experience in sourcing and screening candidates across multiple domains.
• Hands-on experience with Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, and other sourcing platforms.
• Excellent communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple positions simultaneously.
• Immediate joiners or candidates with short notice period preferred.

Education

• Graduate in any discipline.
• MBA/PGDM in HR will be an added advantage.
