About the Role
We are looking for a dynamic and passionate Talent Acquisition Executive with 1-2 years of recruitment experience. The incumbent will be responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment activities, sourcing quality talent, coordinating interviews, and ensuring a positive candidate experience.


Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for assigned positions across functions.
• Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, employee referrals, social media, and networking.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial HR discussions to assess candidate suitability.
• Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and stakeholders.
• Maintain recruitment trackers and update candidate status regularly.
• Ensure timely closure of open positions while maintaining quality of hires.
• Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
• Negotiate compensation within approved guidelines and facilitate offer rollouts.
• Ensure a seamless onboarding experience for selected candidates.
• Monitor recruitment metrics such as TAT, source effectiveness, and offer-to-join ratio.
• Maintain compliance with hiring processes and company policies.

Required Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• 1-2 years of experience in Talent Acquisition/Recruitment.
• Hands-on experience with job portals and LinkedIn sourcing.
• Strong communication, stakeholder management, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple positions simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
• Knowledge of ATS/recruitment tools will be an added advantage.
