We are hiring for Desktop engineer for our dynamic Team-Chennai location:
Required Skills / Key Competencies
- Basic knowledge of Windows Operating Systems (Windows 10/11, user account management, system settings, and troubleshooting).
- Basic understanding of Active Directory (AD), including:
- User account creation and management
- Password resets and account unlocks
- Group membership management
- Organizational Units (OU) concepts
- Experience in Microsoft 365 (M365) Client Support and Troubleshooting, including:
- Microsoft Outlook
- Mail profile configuration
- Send/receive issues
- Calendar and mailbox troubleshooting
- OST/PST-related issues
- Microsoft Teams
- Login and connectivity issues
