Job Description
Roles and Responsibilities
- Provide desktop support to end users, troubleshooting and resolving technical issues related to hardware, software, and network connectivity.
- Install, configure, and maintain desktops/laptops for employees within the organization.
- Troubleshoot printer issues and perform routine maintenance tasks such as updating drivers and firmware.
- Assist in configuring Outlook email clients and resolve email-related issues.
Desired Candidate Profile
- 2-3 years of experience in Desktop Support or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of Active Directory, OS installation, remote support tools (e.g., TeamViewer), IT support principles.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with ability to work independently onsite at client locations.
