Job Description
Role: Desktop Support / IT Support Engineer
Experience: 6 months 1 year
Employment Type: Contract ( 1+ year)
Work Mode: Work from Office, 6 days

Preferred candidate profile
- Basic understanding of Windows OS (Windows 10/11)
- Knowledge of MS Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Teams)
- Familiarity with Active Directory (user creation, password reset)
- Basic networking concepts (IP, DNS, DHCP)
- Understanding of hardware troubleshooting
- Good communication and problem-solving skills
