Roles and Responsibilities :

• Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets in the BFSI industry.
• Build strong relationships with clients, understand their needs, and identify opportunities for growth.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business development initiatives and improve customer satisfaction.
• Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and internal data to inform sales decisions.

Job Requirements :

• 2-7 years of experience in sales or a related field within the BFSI industry.
• Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets through effective relationship-building and strategy execution.
• Strong understanding of the BFSI sector, including financial markets, products, and regulations.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
