Roles and Responsibilities :
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets for the institutional segment.
- Build strong relationships with key decision-makers at corporate clients, identifying their needs and providing tailored solutions.
- Manage a portfolio of existing accounts, ensuring retention rates are high and upselling opportunities are maximized.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop new business opportunities through direct selling efforts.
Job Requirements :
- 3-8 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in enterprise sales or corporate selling.
- Proven track record of success in managing key accounts and driving revenue growth.
- Strong understanding of corporate sales principles, including corporate selling techniques and negotiation strategies.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining excellent communication skills.
