Job Description
Roles and Responsibilities :
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets through effective lead generation, client relationship management, and key account management.
- Identify new business opportunities by building relationships with potential clients, understanding their needs, and presenting solutions that drive growth.
- Manage a portfolio of existing accounts to ensure retention rates are high and upsell/cross-sell opportunities are maximized.
- Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., marketing, product) to develop targeted campaigns that support sales efforts.
Job Requirements :
- 3-8 years of experience in B2B sales or business development management in the IT services industry.
- Proven track record of achieving or exceeding quarterly/yearly revenue targets through innovative sales strategies.
- Strong understanding of b2b sales principles, including lead generation, client relationship management, and key account management best practices.
