Job Responsibilities :
1. Should have Product knowledge of Cables
2. Market / Customer knowledge of OEMs in Maharashtra & Gujarat area
3. To have Application knowledge so that he can act like a Consultant for the Customer
4. To be able to work with Maharashtra & Gujarat Channel teams so that he can facilitate Increase in Channel Volumes . To ensure that he retains Existing OEMs and increase their volumes
5. To be a Self starter & be system driven . To capture opportunities in CRM & bringing in New OEMs into Apars fold.
6. Candidate shall be BE (Elec) / Mech with Min 5 Years experience in Maharashtra / Gujarat region. Position is open either in Mumbai or Pune based on the Candidate. Knowledge of Marathi / Gujarati is preferred.
Preferred candidate profile :
- B.E./B.Tech in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in OEM Sales, preferably in the Electrical Cable industry.
- Strong knowledge of cable products and their industrial applications.
- Good understanding of the OEM market in Maharashtra and Gujarat.
- Experience working with channel partners and distributors.
- Hands-on experience with CRM tools.
- Self-motivated, customer-focused, and result-oriented.
- Knowledge of Marathi and/or Gujarati will be an added advantage.
