Sales Manager

Role & responsibilities

• Generate and close new business accounts within the Structural Steel Detailing and Reinforced Concrete Engineering services space.
• Manage the sales cycle for new business opportunities across the assigned geography/accounts, owning revenue target accomplishment for the territory.
• Drive lead generation activities targeting steel fabricators, erectors, general contractors, concrete contractors, and structural engineering firms.
• Lead and coordinate sales meetings jointly with the Director to progress key opportunities.
• Experience of key account management, ensuring strong, long-term relationships..
• Develop and implement sales strategies tailored to target markets, verticals, and accounts.
• Build and execute a Quarter-on-Quarter (Q-o-Q) growth plan, addressing market opportunities and driving execution to achieve business and revenue targets.
• Identify and pursue opportunities across EPC, EPCM, and EC project models, as well as Design-Build and Design-Bid-Build delivery structures, tailoring the sales approach to each.
• Track and report on sales performance, pipeline health, and territory progress on a regular basis.

Preferred candidate profile

• Proven experience in B2B sales within Structural Engineering.
• Mandatory exposure to one or more of the following segments: Structural Steel, Reinforced Concrete, Rebar/Post-Tension Engineering.
• Demonstrated experience handling and growing key accounts, including fabricators, erectors, EPC contractors, and concrete contractors.
• Prior sales experience in the USA region is essential.
• Demonstrated experience handling and growing key accounts.
• Strong track record of new business development and achieving/exceeding revenue targets.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Willingness to travel within the assigned territory as needed.
