Position: Sales Manager
Locations: Indore, Ujjain
Department: SME LAP (Loans Against Property)
Experience Required: Minimum 4 years
Preference: Candidates with relevant experience in the LAP (Prime Segment) will be preferred.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive business growth in the LAP portfolio.
- Source and acquire new customers for Loans Against Property products.
- Manage relationships with customers, connectors, and channel partners.
- Achieve sales targets while maintaining portfolio quality.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and credit processes.
- Monitor market trends and identify business opportunities.
Eligibility
- Graduate in any discipline.
- Minimum 4 years of relevant sales experience.
- Strong understanding of LAP products and the Prime Segment market preferred.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
