Roles and Responsibilities :
- Manage a team of sales professionals to achieve monthly targets for secured loans (LAP) and mortgage loans.
- Develop and implement effective strategies to increase business growth, improve customer satisfaction, and enhance market share.
- Build strong relationships with clients, understand their needs, and provide tailored solutions for their financial requirements.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and regulatory changes to stay ahead in the competition.
Job Requirements :
- 1-10 years of experience in banking or finance industry with expertise in LAP/Mortgage Loans/Secured Loans.
- Strong knowledge of financial products such as home loans, personal loans, business loans etc. .
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets through effective leadership and strategy implementation.
