Role & responsibilities
- Manage a team of sales professionals to achieve monthly targets for loan against property (LAP) products.
- Develop and execute strategies to increase mortgage loans, secured loans, and LAP business.
- Build strong relationships with channel partners, DSA's, and other stakeholders to drive revenue growth.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to identify opportunities for cross-selling and upselling.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
Preferred candidate profile
Graduate with min 2-3 years of experience in LAP product in Pune market
