Job Description
We are looking for a high-performing Sales Manager Business Enterprise to drive acquisition and growth in the SME / Mid-Corporate segment. The role focuses on sourcing new clients, structuring lending solutions, and supporting portfolio expansion under the Business Banking vertical.
Key Responsibilities
- Acquire new SME / Mid-Corporate clients and build a strong business pipeline
- Drive sales through direct channels, cold calls, DSAs, connectors, and referrals
- Manage end-to-end sales process from lead generation to disbursement
- Sell and cross-sell products including Working Capital (OD/CC), Term Loans, LAP, Bill Discounting, LC/BG & Trade Products
- Conduct financial analysis (P&L, Balance Sheet, ratios) and liaise with credit teams for approvals
- Achieve assigned monthly/quarterly revenue and disbursement targets
- Build strong customer relationships to ensure repeat business and cross-sell opportunities
- Support cluster business goals and work closely with the Cluster Business Manager
Key Requirements
- Graduate / MBA (Finance preferred)
- Relevant experience in Sales SME / Business Banking / Enterprise Lending
- Strong exposure to working capital and business loan products
- Proven track record of meeting sales and disbursement targets
- Sound understanding of financial statements and credit basics
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Preferred Skills
- Experience handling High ticket sizes
- Strong network with SMEs, CAs, DSAs, and channel partners
- Experience in Banks, NBFCs, or Lending Fintechs
