Job Description
We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Engineer Sales & Marketing professional with 3 to 4 years of experience to join our team in Pune.
Roles and Responsibility
- Generate inquiries from clients daily through field visits to OEM customers and their vendors.
- Support and coordinate the dealer network to achieve sales targets.
- Book orders and follow up on pending orders to ensure timely delivery.
- Follow up on pending payments and C-Form to maintain smooth operations.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive business growth.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.
Job Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience in sales and marketing, preferably in the manufacturing industry.
- Strong knowledge of standard, special thread gauges, and plain gauges.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Familiarity with business development, sales, and recruitment processes.
- Qualification: DEE/DME/BE. Electr./BE Mech.
