Job Description
We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Proposal Engineer to join our team in Pune. The ideal candidate will have 2-7 years of experience in proposal engineering.
Roles and Responsibility
- Develop and prepare comprehensive proposals that meet client requirements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather information and input for proposals.
- Conduct research and analysis to identify new business opportunities and stay updated on industry trends.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely submission of proposals.
Job Requirements

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
