Job Description
We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Engineer Sales & Marketing professional to join our team in Pune. The ideal candidate will have 3-4 years of experience in sales and marketing, with a strong background in the manufacturing industry.
Roles and Responsibility
- Generate inquiries from clients through daily field visits to OEM customers and their vendors.
- Support and coordinate with the dealer network to achieve sales targets.
- Book orders and follow up on pending orders to ensure timely delivery.
- Follow up on pending payments and C-form to maintain smooth operations.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive business growth.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and vendors to increase sales revenue.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering (DEE/DME/BE - Electr./BE Mech).
- Proven experience in sales and marketing, preferably in the manufacturing industry.
- Strong knowledge of gauges and tools, including standard, special thread, and plain gauges.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are required to build strong client relationships.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve sales targets.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to develop effective sales strategies.
