Assistant Manager/Sr Officer--Production

Role & responsibilities

• To ensure quality at the time of fitting and packing and also to ensure that all slippers are packed without any defects.
• To check and ensure that the finished products are packed as per required assortment/quality/quantity.
• To implement the packing schedule as per sales plan.
• To prepare stock of finished products on daily basis and also on last day of each month.
• To allocate the packing plan on each conveyor to achieve the efficiency of early clearances of sizes.
• To ensure smooth functioning of all conveyors so that there is no accumulation at any stage.
• To liaise with production department and ensure dispatches accordingly.

Preferred candidate profile

• Should be Graduate
• Should have 5 Year of experience in Manufacturing Industry.(Shoe Industry Preferred)
• Can join asap.
