Designation: Asst. Manager/Dy. Manager - Production (OSD/Formulations)
Qualification: B. Pharmacy
/BSc (Chemistry) or M. Pharmacy/MSc (Chemistry)
Preferred candidate profile & Skills
The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading all aspects of Production/manufacturing at a pharmaceutical manufacturing facility specializing in oral liquids, Tablets, Pellets and powders (OSD/Formulations). This role requires a combination of strategic leadership, operational excellence, and a deep understanding of pharmaceutical Production knowledge, regulations and quality standards.
1) Good experience in OSD/Formulations Production/manufacturing especially in Oral Liquids, Powders, Tablets, and Pellets etc;
2) Responsible for batch planning and Production to meet the Production targets from time to time
3) 3rd Party manufacturing (CMO/CDMO) Production process/manufacturing experience in the aforementioned segment will be preferred
4) Capable of complying with Audits like WHO, GMP and ISO Quality standards along with Environmental compliance etc.,
5) Responsible for Production/manufacturing target achievement
6) Coordination with Plant Operations Head and with other relevant departments in the plant
7) Good verbal and written communications in English is a must.
8) Sound knowledge in MS Office - Excel/word and PPT
