Job Opening: Officer Finance (FP&A)

Qualification: CA Final Qualified (Mandatory)
Job Summary
We are seeking a qualified CA with strong experience in Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) to support budgeting, forecasting, MIS reporting, financial analysis, and management reporting. The role requires strong analytical skills, hands-on SAP knowledge, and expertise in Advanced Excel.
Key Responsibilities
- Support Annual Operating Plan (AOP), Budgeting, Forecasting, and Rolling Forecasts.
- Prepare monthly MIS, KPI dashboards, and management reports.
- Perform Budget vs. Actual vs. Forecast variance analysis and provide business insights.
- Develop financial models and support management presentations.
- Extract, validate, and analyze financial data from SAP.
- Drive reporting automation using Advanced Excel (Power BI knowledge preferred).
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams for timely and accurate financial reporting.
