Job Description
Roles and Responsibilities :
- Manage after-sales service operations, ensuring timely resolution of customer complaints and issues.
- Coordinate with field engineers to perform repairs, maintenance, and installations at customers' premises.
- Develop and implement effective strategies for improving customer satisfaction through excellent after-sales support.
- Analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement in the after-sales process.
Job Requirements :
- 4-9 years of experience in after sales service or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of aftersales processes, including repair, maintenance, installation, and warranty management.
- Excellent communication skills with ability to handle complex customer queries via phone or email.
- Product Experience - (CH/RTP) is must
