Job Description
Roles and Responsibilities :
- Manage after-sales service operations for consumer durables products in the assigned area.
- Ensure timely resolution of customer complaints and issues through effective field support.
- Oversee SLA management, including tracking key performance indicators (KPIs) and implementing process improvements.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of service activities.
Job Requirements :
- 5-8 years of experience in after-sales service or related field operations.
- Strong knowledge of consumer durables industry, particularly home appliances.
- Excellent customer service skills with ability to handle complex situations effectively.
- Proven track record in managing multiple priorities simultaneously while meeting SLAs.
