Timely execution of service calls
Timely response & Updating and project status to HO, Customers
Customer complaint resolution with Closure with RCA.
KSP (Knowledge sharing Programme)- Conducting Installation / Trouble Shooting / Spares Selection training to SHPL / SP/ CP / Authorized Installation contractors.
Regional After Sales Business as per KRA
Closure of Warranty and Non-Warranty Tickets with in OTD
Conducting the Performance Audit / Campaign for the supplied products
Conversion of Spares / AMC Leads into order conversion.
Achieve the Targeted after Sales Business inline to the organization goals.
Minimize the QAR, Cost of Poor quality (FOC Supply)
Conduct Product awareness seminars

Evaluation on process audit for the existing SP (Service partners) / AIC (Authorised Installation Contractor).
