Service Engineer

Job Responsibilities

• Plan and supervise preventive maintenance activities for elevators and escalators.
• Attend complex breakdowns and provide technical support to service teams.
• Analyze recurring faults and recommend corrective and preventive actions.
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and company standards.
• Coordinate with customers regarding maintenance schedules, repairs, and service activities.
• Monitor technician performance and provide technical guidance, audits, and cross-audits.
• Prepare service reports, maintenance records, and performance updates.
• Recommend repairs, spare parts replacement, and modernization requirements.

Preferred Candidate Profile

• Experience in elevator/escalator installation, maintenance, or service.
• Strong troubleshooting and customer-handling skills.
• Willingness to travel within the assigned territory.
