Roles and Responsibilities :

• Manage inventory levels, demand forecasting, and procurement processes to ensure optimal stock availability for manufacturing operations.
• Develop and implement sourcing strategies to reduce costs, improve quality, and increase supplier performance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for process improvements and implement changes that drive efficiency gains.
• Analyze data from various sources (e.g., RFQs) to inform purchasing decisions and optimize supply chain operations.

Job Requirements :

• 5-12 years of experience in automotive industry or related field.
• Strong understanding of cost reduction techniques through effective sourcing strategy development.
• Proficiency in demand forecasting, inventory control, parts management, procurement processes.
