Acquisition Manager

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Source new clients for business loan products through field sales activities, financial services industry knowledge, and relationship building.
• Conduct client meetings, assess their creditworthiness, and provide personalized solutions to meet their financing needs.
• Collaborate with internal teams to process loan applications, resolve issues, and ensure timely disbursement of funds.
• Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.

Job Requirements :

• 0-4 years of experience in sourcing specialist or similar role in the financial services industry.
• Strong understanding of business loan products such as LAP (Loan Against Property) and personal loans.
• Excellent communication skills with ability to build strong relationships with clients at all levels.
