Acquisition Manager - Credit Card

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Sales representative to achieve monthly targets in credit card acquisition and retention.
• Develop and execute strategies to increase sales volume, improve customer satisfaction, and reduce churn rates.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for growth, resolve issues, and optimize processes.
• Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to inform business decisions.

Job Requirements :

• 0-2 years of experience in direct sales or field sales management.
• Proven track record of success in acquiring new customers or increasing revenue through effective relationship-building skills.
• Strong understanding of the financial services industry, particularly credit cards.
• Excellent communication, leadership, problem-solving, analytical skills.
