Acquisition Manager / Assistant Acquisition Manager

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Manage a team of branch staff to achieve sales targets for current accounts, saving accounts, and other retail banking products.
• Identify new business opportunities through cross-selling and upselling existing customers' needs.
• Develop and implement effective strategies to increase customer acquisition rates and improve market share.
• Analyze market trends and competitor activity to stay ahead in the competitive retail banking landscape.

Job Requirements :

• 1-6 years of experience in retail banking or related field.
• Strong understanding of CASA (Current Account Savings Account) sales principles and practices.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets in a fast-paced environment.
