Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Outbound Customer Acquisition: Travel in your assigned local area to find and open new Savings and Current Accounts (CASA).
- Market Sourcing: Generate your own leads through catchment area mapping, cold calls, local marketing events, and customer referrals.
- Lead Fulfillment: Process and close liability and asset leads assigned by internal branch channels.
- Product Cross-Selling: Pitch and sell third-party financial products like insurance (life and general), mutual funds, fixed deposits, and retail loans (personal, auto, or home loans).
- Compliance & Hygiene: Follow strict KYC and AML guidelines during customer onboarding and manage welcome kit deliveries without delays.
Requirements & Skills
- Education: Graduation required; Post-Graduation preferred.
- Experience: 1 to 3+ years of frontline, field sales experience in retail or banking.
- Certifications: Preferred active NISM (Mutual Funds) and IRDA (Insurance) certifications.
- Competencies: Strong local communication skills, negotiation abilities, and resilience for daily field targets. [1, 2, 3]
