Acquisition Manager

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Acquire new customers for current accounts, saving accounts, personal loans, credit cards, bancassurance products through effective sales strategies.
• Manage a team of branch staff to achieve targets and ensure excellent customer service standards.
• Identify cross-selling opportunities for insurance products such as life insurance policies to existing clients.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activity to stay ahead in the competitive banking landscape.

Job Requirements :

• 0-4 years of experience in branch banking or related field (casa).
• Strong understanding of liabilities management and ability to manage multiple product lines including CASA deposits.
• Excellent communication skills with ability to build strong relationships with customers at all levels.
