Team Leader BPO Inbound E-commerce (L1 Support)
Experience: (Only BPO Team leader , Trainer And Quality Can appley)
Minimum 1 year of Team Leader experience (mandatory).
Salary:
CTC: 26,00035,000 per month.
Qualification:
Graduate or Undergraduate
Candidates who have previously worked with ecommerce clients like Flipkart preferred
Candidates with Team Leader experience in e-commerce companies such as Amazon, Paytm, Meesho, Myntra, LimeRoad, BPO Inbound etc.
Other Team Leaders with relevant customer support/team management experience.
Key Skills Required:
Minimum 1 year of team handling experience. (Inbound Team)
Ability to manage attrition, shrinkage, CSAT, and quality metrics, RAG/EWS, BQM etc
Experience conducting one-on-one coaching and performance reviews.
Knowledge of managing Work From Home (WFH) teams, including login adherence, break management and productivity monitoring.
Strong people management, coaching, and communication skills.
Understanding of L1 customer support operations in an e-commerce environment
