Job Description
- Manage a team in a Domestic Inbound Voice process.
- Maintain SLA, AHT, Attrition, Shrinkage, CSAT.
- Ensure team meets productivity targets.
- Provide coaching and feedback to team members.
- Handle escalations and resolve issues
- Conduct regular team meetings and performance reviews.
- Minimum 1-year experience as a Team Leader in a domestic process
- Graduate degree in related field
- Strong attention to detail.
- Ability to work well under pressure.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Open to rotational shifts and offs with 6 days working
