We're Hiring || Team Leader (Tamil Proficiency)

• Process: International (Blended)
• Shifts: Rotational Shift (including night shifts)
• Working Days: 5 days a week, 2week offs
• Location - Navi Mumbai
• Education - Graduate (Experience) required

We are looking for candidates who are on paper Team Leader for minimum 1 yr.

Note: We are looking for candidates who can speak in Tamil Language Fluently.

Key Responsibilities-

Team Leadership & People Management-

• Should have experience with CS domain and escalation management.
• Having good command on Tamil language in reading, writing, listening and speaking.
• Supervise and manage a team of inbound and outbound healthcare customer service agents.
• Assign daily workloads, manage rosters, and ensure optimal staffing coverage.
• Conduct regular coaching sessions, performance reviews, and training.
• Motivate team members to meet productivity, quality, and attendance targets.
