SAP CRM Technical Professional

• 3+ years of hands on experience in SAP CRM technical development.
• Strong knowledge of SAP CRM Web UI, BOL/GENIL, and enhancement techniques.
• Proficiency in ABAP, including debugging tools and performance oriented coding.
• Experience in CRM middleware configuration, BDOCs, and queue management.
• Familiarity with IDoc, BAPI, and Web Services (SOAP/REST) for system integration.
• Understanding of SAP CRM modules such as Service Management, Sales, and Marketing.
• Good understanding of integration with SAP ECC / S/4HANA and other SAP or non SAP systems.
• Strong analytical, problem solving, and communication skills.
