SAP CRM Technical Consultant

Design, develop, and implement technical solutions within the SAP CRM module.

Work on SAP CRM Web UI enhancements and customizations.

Develop and maintain BOL/GENIL components and enhancements.

Perform SAP CRM middleware configuration and data replication between CRM and ECC systems.

Create custom reports, smart forms, BADI implementations, and enhancements.

Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in SAP CRM environments.

Work closely with functional consultants to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.

Participate in system upgrades, support packages, and testing (Unit, Integration, UAT).

Provide post-go-live support and maintenance for SAP CRM systems.
