Job Description

Minimum of 5 years of experience in SAP CRM development

SAP ABAP certificate preferred

Strong Root Cause Analysis capability

Familiar with SAP trouble shooting tools

Familiar with SAP CRM enhancement framework

Familiar with SAP CRM Data Structures

Familiar with SAP CRM UI technology including PCUI and Webclient UI

Responsibilities

Debug the ABAP program for Root Cause Analysis

Implement the small enhancement requirements

Complete the testing and documentation

Effort estimate of the development

Pro-actively response the enquiries from the customers.
