Recruitment Consultant

We(OMAM CONSULTANTS PVT LTD) are looking for dynamic recruitment professionals or candidates with experience in Customer Service, Sales & Marketing, or Purchase/Procurement who are interested in building a career in recruitment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing candidates to onboarding.
• Understand client hiring requirements and provide suitable talent solutions.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates.
• Coordinate interviews, negotiate offers, and ensure a smooth hiring experience.
• Handle client management and provide regular recruitment updates.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Graduate or MBA from a recognized institution.
• Prior experience in Customer Service, Sales & Marketing, Purchase/Procurement, or Recruitment is preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and relationship management abilities.
• Willing to work from the office, 5 days a week.
