Job SummaryAs a Recruitment Consultant, you will manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from business development and client management to sourcing, interviewing, and placing candidates. You will work closely with clients to understand their hiring requirements and provide tailored recruitment solutions while delivering an excellent candidate experience.
Key Responsibilities- Manage the complete recruitment process from job qualification through candidate placement.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
- Generate new business opportunities through networking, referrals, cold outreach, and market research.
- Understand client hiring requirements and provide consultative recruitment solutions.
- Source candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, social media, internal databases, and networking.
- Screen resumes and conduct telephone, virtual, and face to face interviews.
- Assess candidate skills, experience, and cultural fit.
- Coordinate interviews between clients and candidates.
- Prepare candidates for interviews and provide constructive feedback.
- Negotiate salary packages and employment offers.
- Manage offer acceptance, onboarding, and post placement follow up.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline across multiple industries.
- Maintain accurate candidate and client records within the Applicant Tracking System.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly placement and revenue targets.
- Stay informed about industry trends, salary benchmarks, and market developments.
- Represent Talent Shark with professionalism and exceptional customer service.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Marketing, Psychology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 1 years of recruitment or sales experience, preferably within an agency environment.
- Experience recruiting for Healthcare, IT, Finance, Education, or other professional sectors is an advantage.
- Strong business development and client relationship management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong negotiation and influencing abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple vacancies simultaneously.
- Experience using LinkedIn Recruiter, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, job portals, and Applicant Tracking Systems.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Self motivated with a target driven mindset.
- Fluent English is required. Additional languages are an advantage.
