Job Summary: In this role, you will be responsible for Recruitment across India. To be successful, you must be able to meet business requirements by prioritizing, and closing positions, by hiring quality personnel, within set timelines.

Desired Skills and Experience

• Recruiting Process:

1. Work on the recruitment delivery for Non IT staffing positions.
2. Define job description and communicate the same in the public domain appropriately as well as with the potential candidates
3. Create a candidate persona for each open position/ mandate
4. Identify prospective candidates using a variety of sourcing channels and appropriate screening process
5. Follow-up references and check credibility of candidates
6. Present shortlisted candidates to the client in a compelling manner
7. Coordinate with the client SPOCs rigorously throughout the recruiting cycle for each mandate
8. Follow a sustainable candidate lead strategy to create back-ups
9. Use the technology tools used at Ciel for managing the candidate lifecycle and updating them on a daily and weekly basis to keep the data up to date.
10. Leverage social media & digital tools to source, engage and manage candidates
11. Ensure employer branding by leveraging the digital medium
