Role & responsibilities
- Manufacturing /Iron & Steel/ Electrical /Electronics/Niche Hiring Industry recruitment experience is mandatory.
- Identifying potential candidates through various recruitment channels such as job boards, social media, and employee referrals, helping the manager find, hire, and retain quality candidates.
- Screening resumes and job applications to identify candidates who meet the required qualifications for the job.
- Understanding the Job Description , conducting initial phone screens or video interviews with candidates to assess their fit for the role and company culture.
- Coordinating and scheduling in-person interviews with candidates and hiring managers.
- Providing support to hiring managers during the interview process by coordinating schedules, preparing interview materials, and conducting reference checks.
- Hands on expertise in sourcing CV' s from Naukri & Linkedin Recruiter.
- Facilitating offers and negotiations, Should have 1yr to 2 yrs. of recruiting experience in a target driven work space
- Manufacturing /Iron & Steel/ Electrical /Electronics Industry recruitment experience is mandatory.
