Role & responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for BFSI positions across junior, middle and senior management levels.
- Source candidates from banking, NBFCs, insurance companies, fintechs, asset management companies, financial institutions and related organisations.
- Build and continuously maintain a strong BFSI talent database.
- Identify passive candidates for niche and senior-level mandates.
- Conduct candidate research, market mapping and talent-pool development.
- Maintain an active pipeline for recurring BFSI requirements.
