Job Responsibilities:
- Assist various customers build their world class teams around different non-technical roles.
- Client & Stakeholder Management.
- Should have worked for Non-IT/IT roles in BFSI, NBFC, ERP/SaaS, Healthcare, Pharma, Hospitality, FMCG industries, among others.
- Own the client requirements and delight the customer with quality & timely delivery.
- Responsible for managing the client & their expectations.
- Should have excellent network in the industry and should be able to source profiles from non-conventional channels of recruitment.
