Sales Executive

We are looking for a skilled Sales Executive to join our team in Mumbai. The ideal candidate will have 4-7 years of experience in sales, preferably in the jewelry industry.

• Provide accurate information on our jewellery products, including features, pricing, and after-sales services.
• Answer customer questions about specific products/services and conduct price and feature comparisons to facilitate purchasing.
• Cross-sell products within the store to enhance the customer experience.
• Manage merchandise returns and service loyalty program clients.
• Coordinate with retail sales representatives to provide excellent customer service during peak times.
• Inform customers about discounts and special offers to encourage repeat business.
• Resolve customer inquiries and complaints in a timely and professional manner.
• Create sales material to present to customers and effectively communicate the benefits of our products and services.
• Sell products by establishing contacts and developing relationships with clients, creating a positive sales experience.
• Handle all points of sales activities in the showroom.

• Graduate degree in any field.
• Strong skills in sales and negotiation.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience working in a reputed Jewellery store like Tanishq or Malabar is preferred.
